Covers Rydora's Ride Sponsorship Program — how we support partner riding and camping communities running well-organized rides and events.
Rydora partners with select riding and camping communities to sponsor well-organized rides and events. The goal is simple: help genuine, active communities run bigger, safer, better-produced rides — and grow the Rydora riding ecosystem together.
Sponsorship under this program is available exclusively to rides run as Pay & Ride Groups on the Rydora app. This ensures every contribution, refund, and payout is transparent and verifiable, and it's what allows Rydora to confirm budgets and release funds quickly.
Before a ride can be considered for sponsorship, it must meet every condition below.

| Partner Status | The community must have active, on-file partner status with Rydora. |
| Trust-Building Window | First-time applicants must complete 2 consecutive Pay & Ride events with no off-app payments before their first sponsorship request. |
| Minimum Members | At least 5 confirmed in-app paid members at the time sponsorship is requested. |
| Minimum Per-Member Contribution | Each member's fee must meet the minimum calculated using the formula in Section 3. |
| Advance Notice | The sponsorship request must be submitted at least 10 working days before the event. |
| Payment Integrity | 100% of member contributions must be collected through the Rydora app — no exceptions. |
Every sponsored ride's per-member fee must meet or exceed the following formula:
🧮 Minimum Per-Member Fee = (Food & Tickets per Day) + (Nights × Night-Stay Rate)
These minimums cover shared costs — fuel for lead and backup vehicles, tolls, permits, and common meals — not each rider's personal fuel, which remains their own expense.
The amount shown for each tier is a ceiling, confirmed only after the ride is verified — not a guaranteed payout.

Tier 4 specifically requires an overnight stay as part of the itinerary — it cannot be claimed on a single-day ride, regardless of member count.
In addition to the operational budget in Section 4, each tier carries its own gift and reward allowance.

Every sponsored ride must generate the following content, all shared within the same 7-working-day settlement window that follows the event:
These deliverables are verified before the final sponsorship payment is released.
💳 Sponsorship is paid only to the Community Admin who leads the ride — one Admin per ride.
